So Amsterdam.  This was our second visit to this city - we go there by train after going to Oktoberfest.  Bryce has the better pics for sure but I’ll link to the albums.  We went there to visit a friend, from NZ, who has since settled there with his lovely fiance where they have a supremely cute baby.  Who, I add, did not cry the entire time we were with him.  It was nice to catch up with him, and to see HIS parents who were visiting from NZ.  

Besides from visiting, we did a 3 hour walking tour of the city which was awesome and we did a night time red light district tour.  Yeah, we did that last time too, but the red light district always has something fascinating to see.  Like stores where they will custom fit your condom.  And the beautiful condoms above which were in the condom museum (yep, there’s one of those).  Oh, and I did get to eat some of those great waffle cookies that I love!!!!! One of my cousins is from Holland and he introduced them to me years ago.  I have since found them in Starbucks here.  haha, though I’m sure they aren’t the same.  Bryce and I went to a lovely wine and cheese tasting here and still have some cheese downstairs to eat.  They were really great there.  for 10 euros it was wine and as much cheese as you wanted to eat.  Needless to say I’ve been running to pay for it ever since :)
